loading a webpage inside a forum, no frames.

Hi, I've been searching the web for my question, but cant seem to find an answer yet.
I am moderating a forum, on which a want a remotely hosted html page to load, if possible within a defined border or table.
It would be nice, but not necessary, if you could see the background used on the forum.
But I can't even seem to find the html- or javascript code about how to load an external html into a page.

well, you could use a frontpage page include but otherwise...try using asp or php probebly it has some built in thing like that

Tnx. Already got it fixed.. I use iFrames to get it done :D
