Hi guys, I was analyzing the Google Webmaster Tools, and I saw that Googlebot was seeing some of the footer on a particular website, which has content irrelevant to the website (copyrights, made by, etc). Is there a way to block that content from being indexed/analyzed. I read that Yahoo has a "robots-nocontent" class tag to that, but I'm more worried about Google.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Did you read my post at all? I don't want to block the entire page(s), just the footer of each page...

Oh... no, as far as I know, you can't block individual parts of a page.

i think you need a developer to help you how to block the footer.

Make the footer a frame? That is an odd question...
