Website Mockup - Feedback Wanted

I've been working on this design for a couple weeks now and was hoping to get some feedback. I've never been the best visual designer before, always considered myself a coder. Needless to say any suggestions or opinions you have will be greatly appreciated.

Notes:
-I know there is a white bg on the arrows still, i will fix that.
-The banner is a work in progress so that will be updated to be more attractive.

I think it's pretty nice.

I don't see anything wrong with the banner, except for the the "AA Command" text is a little pixelated.

I don't see anything wrong with they layout though, it's very well done. Good job with it!

I second that..looks very nice! just curious..what tool did you use to create this mockup?

I think it looks good, better once you have a picture in the filler spot. The texture on the banner is nice.

Negative: grainy banner text and "CopyRight" is usually a lowercase R. "Copyright"

Looks very nice and clean.

The only thing which i can think of other than what the others have already pointed out is that the paragraph text has slight indentation to it in comparison to the heading. Personally i prefer to have my body text without any such indentation.
