Preferably one that interacts with MYSQL databases. Though in reality it doesn't even have to interact with any databases, it just has to create clean diagrams.

navicat http://www.navicat.com/ can connect to various types of databses, creates reports, builds querys, etc. Mysql workbench http://wb.mysql.com/ is also a good one
