Need Help - Need Survey Responses

Hello fellow web developers! My name is Eric, an MBA student taking a class on research methodologies. My research project is in regards to web application security, and the considerations web developers take when writing their applications. The survey is only 8 questions, limited text entry, and should only take 2 minutes.

same here. where is the survey? to take the survey, we need to be a registered member on the site? what i get on the link is like a service for creating your own survey, not the actual survey.
