I just uploaded a revised page to my website, but when I go to the website in IE, the old page is still loading. If I pull the site up in AOL for example, the new page loads. I have deleted all of my browsing history, cookies, temp internet files, etc. I restarted my computer twice. The old page still loads when I pull up the website in IE. The new file is on the webserver. I don't understand what's going on.

Can someone help me out?

The website is: http://www.endoftheroadkennels.com

The only change I made was to the index page; I removed "puppies available". It was located above the dogue's picture.

Thanks,

Frankie

Are you viewing your page by typing the address into the browser, or viewing via a program like FrontPage, Expressions, or Dreamweaver?

I'm typing the address into the browser.

I suggest you change another page and see if it works.
If not, contact your web host. They may have a cache that needs emptying.

I've already talked to my web host. The tech told me the only thing he sees out there is the updated file. What's weird to me is, if I access the website through aol, it displays the updated page, but if I access it through IE, the old page is displayed. I'm totally confused.

I'll try updating another page and see what happens.

Thanks

Press Ctrl-F5 in IE to reload from server.

What about your "Offline Content" folder..when you empty the cache do you also have your "Offline Content" folder emptied too?

Are you using other folders as your cache? Is the allottment of sapce designated for the cache big enough?

Sorry if I sound stupid but I am just throwing out a few suggestions.

One more question..what version of windows and IE are you using?
