working on new nav

hey I was trying out that menu you put in the zip.. I like the idea the only problem is that if I change the size of the page it bunches up would like it to look like this.. perhaps resize it self to the browser ..(can this be done) anyways the images below show what I mean any help would be great http://www.bspassoc.com/probpics/nice.jpg

opps it was supposed to be a pm but I guess its open to anyone who knows how to fix it lol
