Hi there, i am new to these forums, i wasnt sure where to post this so if its in the wrong place i apolgise :o

I recently bought mytickerscript, from my tickerscript.com. I am starting to think this was a bad idea, as the support is virtually nil. Anyhow, the problem i am facing, is any tickers with white backgrounds...the white background turns transparent in the final step of creating the ticker.

I want it to stay white, but have no idea how to do this, as no matter what i save it as, a gif or a png, it wont stay white. Is this a graphics problem or something to do with the javascript? if anyone could help i would be delighted as it driving me slowly insane!

Need to see the page with the code or the code itself that you are using to be able to come up with a posible solution.

you could just save it as a .jpg JPEG does not support transparency!

Best to retain original image and style the container that contains the image with a white background. That's why I ask for link or code.
