This question is from my e-commerce class. I'm having a hard time trying to find the answer (I know nothing about computer hardware) - "Assuming that you have two processors of the same architecture, why might you want to use one with a higher frequency?" (I'm assuming that "processors" referred to the processors inside a CPU?).

"processor" = "CPU". I think the point is that if you're choosing between two computers, both using Intel Core 2 Duo processors (architecture), and one of them is running a 1GHz frequency, the other at 1.5GHz, the 1.5GHz one is going to be faster. There are a lot of caveats, and what-ifs in that statement, but as a general rule it's true.

It would operate faster.

Can't see the relevance to e-commerce.
