WHen I see my website in firefox, it is no problem, but when I opened with internet explorer( latest version) , I can see the white space around the tab ( Crepe Menu, line, parfait menu, etc). I saved graphic with PNG 24 in photoshop CS3. How can I remove white space in internet explorer??

What I'm seeing in IE7 and FF2 is that in the first link there is no white in either browser. The second link has white box in both browsers. I see no difference between browsers.
From the first link, downloading the "Crepe Menu" button directly shows that the button is placed on top of a red background, which matches the background color of the page. That's why there seems to be no white box, instead, it's a red one.
Second link the "Crepe Menu" has white box in both browsers so I'm wondering ....are you sure that you created the button with a transparent background or is was it on a white background? Since it's just a button perhaps PNG 8, with transparent background would suffice.

I try to save as PNG 8 or 24. I used transparent with PNG 24, but still have white space. Why???

From what I see, none of the images have a transparent background, in either browser. Saving as .png will not automatically remove a background which is already there. Those in your first link have a background color which matches the page. Those in your second link have a white background. All of the buttons and lines in both links that I checked had background colors.
Easy enough to cure though. I went to PhotoShop, created a new blank document with transparent background (209 X 41), opened the original menu image, selected the white (or red) area, then selected the inverse to get just the button, and copied it. Then pasted that on the new doc (which has transparent background). Then saving as .png will preserve that transparent background.
See attached. Compare with originals.
Best wishes,
