Help!
I am tired of being an administrative assistant. Please help me figure out what career path to take.

Here is my background:
I have been programming as a hobby for several years. I started in HS with TI calculators, in college I moved on to VB6, and ASP classic. About 4 years ago I got really into Actionscript and Coldfusion. I have spent the past couple years creating websites with html, css, javascript, etc, and have picked up some php on the way. I'm best with Actionscript, but I am definitely not a designer and I haven't done and dev with it since AS3/Flex came out. It is easy enough for me to pick up most languages, but I am not sure what to pursue in terms of job availability, pay, etc.
So, what should I do? Php? Java? .NET? RoR? And How do I get there?

I appreciate any advice what-so-ever. Thanks

Seems most of the work is in Java or .NET, but that depends on your location.

Most of the work is indeed in Java or .NET, even on the non-Web side. PHP, however, is always a useful addition to your skill set. You might find some work in RoR, but it isn't nearly as popular as the aforementioned languages/libraries.
