do you have any experience that when I transfered from Subdomain to Main domain it will show in Mozilla different results.
Very strange as code is just copied to main domain. After one day it showed also different result (not correct) on Main domain.
How can be this as code is validated 100%.
In IE shows correctly.

What do you mean by Main and Subdomain ?
If you changed relative locations then you may no longer be able to view external images, style sheets or javascript files.
If it was just some top level name change then you may be having some security access issues on some pages.
Any absolute path names in the code will be seriously fubar'ed in either case.
Your comment of , "..After one day it showed also different result (not correct) on Main domain...". Is just confusing as heck.

Subdomain and its domain.
Files are 100% validated (no error) and the same files. I have just moved the same files with correct paths (external images, style sheets or javascript files).
So, this is not issue.
I think really Add-On additions make Mozilla with bugs. There is no other reason.

No. Extensions do not act differently on the rendering of your page because you moved files around. And if all you did was relocate the files, Firefox won't render them differently either. Look elsewhere for the problem and, without a link, we can't help.

did you also experience issue if you checked www.madomain.com and
domain.com (notice without www).
I have seen issue in Mozilla not IE. Strange behavior as files are the same.
I noticed in the past issues that there is difference if you have www.madomain.com/index.php or www.madomain.com/
