I have had a tremendous time with TJS and look through just about every script, even if I don't use it. But there is one script that I wanted to use (Home > Miscellaneous > Fading Slide Show). To my surprise, it doesn't work! I copied and pasted everything I was supposed to, but all the page did was display the first image. TJS always has an example of the script in use, so I viewed the source of the page and copied the entire thing over to my own page... and it still doesn't work!! How can the EXACT same text work on one page but not another? If anyone wants to take a look at it, go to:
http://javascript.internet.com/miscellaneous/fading-slide-show.html

I'd really appreciate any input thrown my way!

Thanks a lot man... I've uploaded the text file. It's a very basic page, only used in a frame. I'm totally stumped because the IDENTICAL script works on another page! >:/

Yep, I'm using IE v6.0. Like I said, the script works fine on the original page but the copied version doesn't on my page. I'm guessing my host is blocking one or some of the tags. Thanks for your help anyway though, dude... I appreciate you lending an ear.

SamJam, can you tell me more about your host blocking your tags? I am also trying to get a slide show up and running. they work when I test them locally but when I load them up to my host they fail to work.

There's not a lot I can say ak_boy. I tried it on Yahoo! GeoCities and it didn't work, so I tested it with Lycos/Tripod and it still didn't work. I've sent them each questions about it but I have yet to hear anything back (and I doubt I will, they're notorious for taking their time with "unimportant" matters). The tag issue is just an assumption on my part, because I know for a fact that Yahoo! blocks the use of IFrames with some of their services.
