Font on a website

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to upload a file or something that would let your website display a certain font even if the user doesnt have it? for example, my website has "Agency FB", but alot of computers dont have it and it just displays the default text (whatever it is).

So is there a way to upload the font to the web server? or is there another way to let everyone see the site in the desired font?

MS WEFT (http://www.microsoft.com/typography/web/embedding/weft3/) procedure is one way. Otherwise, make an image of the text in the font you want and use it online.
