[RESOLVED] Extract HTML from Sites

hi im unsure where to post this but what im trying to do is extract html from other websites e.g.

<table>
<tr>
<td>blah</td>
</tr>
</table>

i want the "blah"

i have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, PHP(not 100%), i believe this technequie has a name not sure what it is though.

So can anyone help, maybe move it to the correct thread page
