Tabbed links

What I want is to incorporate links into my site that are tabbed like the ones on this site http://www.animelyrics.com/jpop/utada/utadapassion.htm. You see the links in the tabs-the ones reading Anime, Game, Dancemania, etc. I would like to use that method, so if anyone could help...I'd greatly appreciate it.
