:)Where do I go to find someone that is legitimate that can help me with offering promotion codes to my customers at check out that would allow them to use the Promo Coupons for something like; "10% off purchase"?:confused:

I have Paypal as a shopping cart and they don't have this feature?:eek:

yes, this would be the wrong place. You need to go to hire a coder sites such as guru.com or similar. No soliciting for any type of work is permitted on the forum here.
