Image gallery script

I've been looking for an image gallery script but can't find one that has both of the main features the client wanted. Perhaps someone knows of a script that has:

1- the effect as in Lightbox2 where the gallery displays on the same page you are on as an overlay showing the image full size http://www.lokeshdhakar.com/projects/lightbox2/#example

2- Has a vertical or horizontal menu beside or under the image being displayed as in http://www.electricprism.com/aeron/slideshow/example5.html

have a look at jquery and script.aculo.us libraries, should provide the functionality u need if u look thru the docs
