New Game Site - Suggestions?

Hello everyone! I got bored today and decided to spend the next 6 1/2 hours making a game website. It still is in its earlier developments, but the main concepts are complete. I would appreciate some really good suggestions as this is my first time making my own template on my own. I do not want to be conceded, but I do think that I did a good job, especially for a 16 year old with no Photoshop experience. Anyways, please critique and give suggestions. Oh, and my friend looked at it in Internet Explorer and found out that the hover effect in the "Main Menu" section does not work, but it does in Firefox. I'm working on getting that fixed.
