100% div height

Just about throwing my hands in the air on this one.

There are two divs #left #right contained within #wrap


I just want both divs to go as long as the other, and then to meet up with the bottom div but I cant for the life of me figure it out.

As a side problem, the site is totally screwey in IE.

I'm sure this is a common problem, what should I do?

That issue drove me nuts, too. I finally gave up and use faux columns.
