Complex Form Layout Help

Hi everyone,

I've got a fairly complex form to layout, and I think I've gotten close to something usable, but it still doesn't look quite right. Any layout suggestions?

I'd like to cleanup the uneven edges the labels create, but not sure how?

The size inputs, height, width, etc are a little confusing as they are now. It seems like these should be regrouped visually with unit of measure.
