Layers in Opera

Hi. I have built a page which uses an IFrame and am trying to build a menu which uses layers. In Netscape and IE, all works well, but in Opera, the layers appear BEHIND the IFrame. I have changed the z-index, but this does not bring the layer to the top.

I have no experience with coding for Opera, so have no idea how to fix this.

Can anyone help?

you can not do anything about it,try loading the latest version for Opera they might have fixed it.
