Hello,

How would you suggest to create html email messages for beginners?
The email with images, which likley are linked to external server and are not considered as spam messages. When I create an html embedded with some messages, it most often doesn't reach destination at all due to spam filters.

Is there any MS Office addon or component for such task?

For excample I have got a message with images which source starts mentioning MS Office ... and when I save the mesage to HDD, the images are gone. All images are lost when reopening from HDD.

Hello,

Is it possible to tell from the email header in previous post, what application has been used to create it?

Thanks!

Probably MS Word, which should never be used for sending email.

Then the world is really cruel and unfair!
When Word shouldn't used as email creator, the result advertisment still passes nicely all spam filters.
When I try to create a decent Christmas card with 2 images and html, the card never reaches the destination because of spam filters, which tend to consider html with images a spam.

I wonder why, is there any common rules, why html with 2 images should be conisered as most likey a spam?

So last time, when I was asked to create an html email templete with paper looking background, I told forget it, if you want all emails to reach destinations. Or did I over reacted?

Anyreply is important to me.

Thanks

Unless the sender is on the receivers white list, then images will not be shown in the email client.
