I DID NOT! do this site, i'm looking to send an e-mail with a list of cons of the site, it's very cluttered and lacks just about every basic web design need, i got a list of bad things about it, please input me on yours i might have missed!

ummmmm - everything about this site is of poor design. And I don't think you need a professional to see this.

Scrolling Marquees have been done with since 1997.
The color is terrible.
Form buttons for links - really?
A mouse over image flip for no apparent reason, without explanation.
Images are poor quality, yet large file size.
Navigation isn't consistent.
etc, etc, etc...

But in the future, I'd probably post reviews of your own site. This is to get constructive criticism of your own works, not so you can formulate a plan your sales pitch to someone else (I'll assume that this is why you posted someone else's site).

I'm actually going to present my case to the mayor to volunteer my time, and i wanted to make a point to him.. I had my list created just making sure it wasn't me! thanks..

yeah, i got the graphics but i didn't look at the file size, thanks for the critics and sorry that it isn't mine. if i get priveleges to work on it, i'll be sure to post my design
