Nice simple site. But I have one remark!
My On Feedback and Site Map pages I see blank left column. It doesn't look good.

The contrast is pretty low between text and background for the navigation tabs near the top right -- not very user-friendly especially for color-blind or otherwise vision-impaired users.

Also, I'm not real crazy about the sort of olive drab background at the top with the blues on the rest of the page. To me they sort of clash, not horribly so, but for my tastes not an optimal choice.

Otherwise it seems to do the trick pretty well.
