Need help with determinig billing hours on a project.

I've been approached by an adult modeling agency to do adult industry website building for their clients.

I was going to start with a simple engine to do what will eventually be around 10,000 websites

perlscript, php, mysql, html, ecommerce

I was thinking I would just get one template(to start) with some color options, a bare-bones simple website. Use some forms and php to have the clients fill out the details for each one before uploading them to the server.

I need some input on hour many man hours I should charge for a project of this size. I'm still an intermediate level designer, and I know I'm gonna be spending some time figuring stuff out, but I shouldn't be billing for me to learn stuff.

How many hours do you think something like this would take for someone who didn't have to learn anything along the way?
