Video Site Map, XML Issues

I am not familiar with XML to any great extent, and I know there are a lot of smart minds around here. I'm trying to create a video site map according to Google's standards (http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=80472). However, when my xml file is uploaded, we're getting this error.

http://www.walker-cat.com/vid_sitemap.xml

Can anyone help me figure this out... let me know if the actual code would help as well.

Well yes the actual code might help. Since the best I could do with the page was to view source, what shows there is a bunch of missing close tags for last url.
<video:description>
<video:video>
<url>
Maybe I'm just not seeing them but from here, looks like they are missing.
