Any ideas for rollover on map?

Hello,
Was wondering if anyone knew of a fun way to have a map where when someone rolls over it with their mouse a window appears in that particular area or an image fades in or something like that. Kinda like how Google maps works...

Does anyone have a resource or tutorial I could check out? Thanks!

Microsoft Virtual Earth has an SDK that you can download to create functionality just like you are describing. You can check out the tutorial here... http://dev.live.com/virtualearth/ and the link to download the SDK can be found on that page as well.
