Where's the problem? You obvoiusly have a situation where you like flash and your users do not and things have worked out wonderfully so that they do not have to see your flash version and you can admire your own work whenever you want. What could be better?

1.) What is PR? :p
2.) JavaScript doesn't exactly detect Flash all too well. I'd suggest making index.html page provide a link to "Flash site" and "Non-Flash site." So that users have a choice. What if they had Flash but only wanted to go to the (X)HTML version?
