Selling My First Domain

I was just recently contacted by someone who would like to buy one of my domains. I have never sold a domain before, so I don't want to get ripped off. What should I do so I don't sell it for too little?

sedo.com does that sort of brokering...i think you can get an estimate from them for a nominal fee.
