Publisher help please; general help

First of all I know it's crap but thats what i have to work with.

On to the real trouble: I need to know in detail how to link my webpage to my domain name using Publisher. I would like to understand how everything works from start to finish as far as buying a domain name and server space and how it all works. How to edit the page once its up, how to include more than one page, and anything else that would be helpful....

I would also like to include that i am a noob to the web page design world so please be patient, this is my first time but I want to learn.

I know this post is vague but i really am starting from scratch, so this is my starting point.

Publisher is not made for creating Web pages and has no features for that purpose. You will need to use at least a text editor. There are many free editors. Just search these forums and you'll see several discussion on them.
