Mailing List host

Does anyone know of any reputable host for a 7,500+ mailing list that isn't too expensive? The number of mailings is generally no more than 10-15 times a year.

Have you seen this (http://www.aweber.com/)? I can't personally recommend them but they look good. I actually can't really personally recommend any mailing list hosts because I've never used any.
