Firebug DOM inspector for IE?

Is there a Firebug-equivalent DOM inspector for IE that will allow me to view dimensions, margins, padding, etc. of divs and other elements?

It's driving me nuts trying to guess why IE is rendering things in a certain way, wasting time with trial and error.
