Site not centering in IE but OK in Firefox

I am brand new at web design a friend asked me to put a site together for them. www.horseshoesforlife.com appears centered correctly in firefox, but in ie its left justified, please let me know what do I need to change in order to center this site.

I tried implementing other fixes found on the message boards, but nothing seems to work.
