Well, the "what we do ..." headings are a bit large. It's kind of "in your face".

The script for the banner change slows up the browser, making it hard to navigate when the banner is changing.

Also, you need to validate your CSS.

Text is very hard to read when it is fully justified.

There are grammar issues on each of the three rotating banners. I like the colors though.
