Hey everyone new to this site and I know I will start using it a lot now. Hope I can help also in anything I can. Would like you guys to check out these two websites that I made and want to hear what you guys think. They were both built for the same company, but with different purposes. Explains everything on the site. Heck maybe one of you wants to get rid of a timeshare. All feedback will be looked at good or bad. Here they are:

I analyzed them with www.ClassEngine.com
They both have not very informative textual content, which is not good for SEO promotion.
Top categories related to the first one are:
time shares
property insurance
shopping
For the second one I would say only
time shares
Black background and small size font in the second one do not make it attractive from my point of view.

Your first site is loaded a lot of time.

perhaps to put more emphasis on andr105's comment: your first site took WAY too long to load. WAY WAY too long. Especially for something as useless to the user as a pretty, yet meaningless, flash animation which, unfortunately, has the navigation attached to it so the visitor can't do anything (except leave - which they will) until the animation loads.

If I had to choose, I would probably choose the first one. The second one is nice to, but still dark. Flash takes a little time, but not too bad for me.
