web page problem

i am designing one site i finished all the things and if i run the page in normal size browser it shows everything proper but if i minimise the browser everthing goes right can anyone tell me how to solve this

There is no such thing as a normal sized browser window ad we can't do a thing without a link to your troublesome page.
