Sending email through web site

How do i have a php that send a email to me...let said....i can let them choose which webmaster they wan to send to...and i wan them to include their real name and email address...if possible...try to log their ip address also...if someone can give me such a nice script, i dun mind linking back to their site...the email will be like a pop up when they click on the contact us...

Pyro, this is one of the most common questions, so why not make one of those "Imortant Notice" threads with all of the information necessary to make one of these form mailers. Then, anyone with specific requests can post there, and it saves a lot of time and space. Just a suggestion! :)
