CSS Reset. Which one is better?

I have two CSS reset files.

Which is better?

Neither, they both normalize too much. Particularly font size and weight on many elements are changed to values I would not expect to see.

Yea. I tried both of them (one at a time) on some of my already designed templates and they shifted around a few things and ofset some of the design.

No point in using them on existing templates. Start afresh with a reset css and continue from there.
