How do you display the small version of your logo at the URL? (for example, type compusa.com and look at the URL, it displays a picture before the URL)...

set the extension of your logo to .ico, then link it like <link rel="shortcut icon" href="/logo.ico">.
PS: the html code should be placed between <head> and </head>
