DIV aligning or CSS problem NEED HELP

Hi guys,

I am building web for friend and I have problem align div to the top of the page. Its a side bar with menu weather and other stuff. I try everything I can think of. Only think I didn't try is to start from beginning and i really don't won to do that.

You can see that the right sidebar is looooowwwww instead of being on top of the page.

I would suggest that you attend to these initially as it may effect a cure for your problem.

About those errors I know about them and I did look at all of them And they are just a bunch off crap which has nothing to do with the layout of divs or the css styling.

I NEED HELP with aligning The sidebar to the TOP of the page.

I am sorry for being ass but the software I am using for the web its grate and have some issues but I am not a programer and I cant modefi the core of the system.

The errors have nothing to do with aligning the divs or with css.
I look at all of them and they are just a bunch of crap. I cant be modefaing the core of the all system I am not a programer.

If you have any idea how to help me with aligning the side bar to the top that will be grate.
