Is it possible to create a link in Netscape 4 where it links to IE page?

If I had a link on my web page and I am using Netscape 4 and then click on link it brings up a new page in IE browser.

Because of security concerns, running a program on a client-side computer is not possible. All you can do is instruct your users to switch to IE, or make the page cross-browser (a much better solution, if possible).
