Hi Guys,
I dont think this breaks the rules on discussing pricing, as I'm not talking about specifics.
I'd like to know if people have a rule of thumb about internal budgeting for projects, i.e. what % is spend on design, what % on programming, and what % is profit?
I know every project is diffenent, but would be interested in guidance % that people try to use. I.E. a simple project requires very little design + therefore very little programming.
Essentially, I'm trying to get costs together for a business plan for a web business. I've kind of estimated 1 graphics person for 3 programmers, but I'd like to get an opinion on this.
If this breaks the rules, can mods just delete please?
Thanks for your time.
