Measuring the Quality of Traffic

Hi All, I buy traffic for one of my web projects, and I'm looking at methods of quickly identifying low quality traffic via algorithm. I'm currently looking at attributes within the http header, but I'm open to other ideas as well. Has anyone else dealt with this? Thanks in advance.

Are you currently using any of google tools for your measurements of traffic?

I've found the data gained is slightly better organized than your typical website stats programs.
