ES2 Help feature

Has anyone else here had problems with ES2's help section. Whenever I type in an inquiry, all I get is a screen full of code. I tried doing an uninstall/re-install, to no avail. Any suggestions??

I'm trying to create interactive buttons in ES2. However, utilizing the "Interactive Buttons" dialogue box, several features don't seem to work:

1) Within the "Button" tab, when I create a link, the screen tip fails to produce the text that I input i.e., when I test the link in browser view, the screen tip simply repeats the text that is on the button itself, rather than the tip I typed in

2) Within the "Image" tab, all three of the check-boxes (for the "Create hover image" "Create pressed image", and the "Preload button images" features) are checked. This too fails to produce the desired result: All I get in browser view is a single button type that does not change upon being hovered over and/or pressed.

Am I missing something, or is my ES2 corrupted? Please let me know...
