PHP website not working on Mac Browsers

I'm getting this website developed in PHP/MySQL and I think it uses Javascript as well. Although, it doesn't seem to be working on a specific Mac laptop on any of its browsers.

http://www.zumical.com is the website.

I'm not certain if it works on other macs either. Although, I reckon it did work on one other Mac desktop.

Also, the formatting and look of the website is lost on Macs. Any suggestions? Hope you can review the site and come up with some ideas. Thanks! :)

When someone tries creating a poll (the main functionality of zumical.com) it does not seem to work. Anyone have any idea?
