Pop-up calendar not functioning

I have copied the script from the post on this site here (http://javascript.internet.com/calendars/popup-date-picker.html#source) . I have followed all of the instructions, but when I click on the button to bring up the calendar, I get a little message in my status bar about Errors on Page. The demo works fine when I try it from the site, but it doesn't work for me when I try to use the code on my own pc. Any ideas?

obviously your implementation is in correct, post the error you are getting so that some one might be able to understand what you have done wrong...
