Page With No Inbound Links

Assuming a page has no inbound links at all, from anywhere, is there any way anybody could ever find it without knowing the URL?

If your site gets spidered by google, yahoo etc then people could happen upon your site. Just curious why you would want a site that no-one would ever see? If you just want it for personal use, like a family page, you could always password protect it...
