change graphic from green to blue

Hi,

I have 3 graphics from a web template. The graphics are green but I want to change it to royal blue.

Can someone help me to do this? I am only slightly familiar with GIMP but that's about it.

Try these.
In Gimp: Colors -> Colorize
Hue:250
Saturation:80
Lightness:0
