Hello All,
Please any one let me know what are important topics to
concentrate in ASP.NET,VB.NET, C# and also framework.
i have to attend one interview in .NET.

Not sure what you mean by "important". They are both important, they all object oriented languages.
ASP.NET and VB.NET pretty have visual basic flavors.
So if you know visual basic, you should have no problems with asp.net and vb.net.
Only difference between them and visual basic is while vb is a desk top application, asp.net and vb.net give you desktop looking application on the web.
C# is a c++ language.
Not really sure what you are looking for here.

Hello simflex,
I have knowledge in both technologies (VB.NET and ASP.NET)
actually I worked as a ASP developer and now I am trying for the .Net position.
as per my standard it is very lengthy technology. So, I am little bit worried about the interview. I have to attend one face-face interview on 5th Nov.
I don’t know what are they going to ask? What are the topics I have to concentrate for the interview?
if u know any questions (interview point of view), please let me know.

put asp.net or .net in the title next time so Ill know which threads to read :D. I would say webservices are one of the most important aspects to asp.net, thats what I am going to be reading up on. They might ask if you have used soap for example. But i dono for sure what a company would ask, I am a hobby designer and I learn what I want when I want so I might be wrong on this. They might ask about components since it is for a company, and they might also ask about oop and what your experience with it is other then asp.net
